Allstate collision repair

An Allstate network process—with Atey accountable for the repair.

Atey Auto Body participates in Allstate’s Good Hands® Repair Network while remaining a local, father-and-son collision repair business.

Starting an Allstate claim with Atey

You may report the loss to Allstate first or contact Atey for practical guidance before the claim starts moving. Tell the representative that you have selected Atey Auto Body, 302 Huyler Street in South Hackensack, as the repair facility.

Provide the claim number, policyholder information, Allstate contact, photographs, initial estimate, and vehicle location. We will explain what is needed before scheduling, teardown, or repair authorization.

02

What network participation means

The Good Hands Repair Network provides an established channel for estimates, repair documentation, updates, and claim communication. Atey can work within that process rather than asking the customer to relay every routine item between the shop and carrier.

Network participation does not eliminate the need for a complete repair plan. Atey still inspects the vehicle, documents additional damage, and addresses relevant repair, refinish, diagnostic, and calibration operations.

03

Supplements and repair differences

If teardown reveals additional covered damage, Atey prepares a supplement with the supporting information available. Allstate reviews the request under the claim and policy. Parts decisions, labor operations, unrelated conditions, prior damage, and coverage issues may require further discussion.

We keep the vehicle owner informed when a meaningful difference affects the repair, timing, or potential customer responsibility. Final coverage decisions remain with Allstate under the applicable policy.

04

Delivery, documentation, and warranty

Before delivery, Atey reviews fit, finish, vehicle functions, required scans or calibrations, and repair documentation applicable to the job. The customer remains responsible for the deductible and any authorized amount not covered by the claim.

Atey provides a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle, subject to the written warranty terms. Parts and manufacturer warranties may have separate terms.
